Welcome to BrikZ. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using BrikZ, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use BrikZ
• One account per person

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (reviews, photos, posts). By posting content on BrikZ, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and store that content within the app.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains spam or misleading information
• Is sexually explicit or violent (NSFW content is automatically blocked)
• Harasses or bullies other users

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

4. Collection & Pricing Data

• Collection tracking is for personal use
• Market prices and retail prices are provided for informational purposes only and may not be accurate
• We are not responsible for buying/selling decisions made based on pricing data
• Pricing data is sourced from third-party services and may be delayed or incomplete

5. CMF Scanner

• The barcode scanner is a community-powered feature
• Barcode-to-minifigure mappings are crowdsourced and may be incorrect
• We are not responsible for incorrect identifications

6. Intellectual Property

• LEGO is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse this app
• BrickLink, Rebrickable, BrickEconomy, and Brickset are third-party services
• Set images are sourced from public catalogs
• BrikZ is an independent fan-made application

7. Privacy

Your use of BrikZ is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Private Accounts

• Private accounts restrict visibility of posts, reviews, and collection to approved followers only
• Follow requests for private accounts must be accepted by the account owner
• Review ratings from private accounts still contribute to aggregate set ratings

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@brikzapp.com.

10. Disclaimers

BrikZ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of pricing data
• Availability of the service
• Completeness of the LEGO catalog
• Accuracy of barcode scanning results

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrikZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
